Courses & Styles
These are the current offerings in terms of "styles" of training through ballet that we are offering, the current list is limited to only four directions for the time being for then to expand and to open up to all the 8 directions that we have at our disposal. Please be reminded that with our subscriptions you don't have to choose a particular direction, the subscription by the use of "tokens" called "classes" gives you access to all four of them and you can decide each time what to attend and how to vary your own style according to your personal interests and your own schedule.
Pilates
Pilates training is for anyone who wants to improve their physical and mental health, regardless of their age or fitness level. Pilates training can help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, increase your flexibility, reduce your stress, and prevent injuries. Pilates training can also be fun and creative, as you can do it anywhere, anytime, without any equipment. You can learn the basics of Pilates, such as the principles, movements, and positions, and create your own routines and challenges. Pilates training is a great way to discover the benefits and joys of Pilates.

Classical Choreography
This activity is adapted for amateurs and is very close to ballet classes performed by the real ballerinas. It takes place accompanied by the slow classical music. You will feel like a real ballerina, feel the spirit of the Real Classical ballet hovering in the air and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.

Barre
Barre-fitness is a new popular trend that combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Powerful ballet-fitness style with the barre accomponied by modern music. This style was invented by a German ballerina when doctors forbade her to practice ballet. Exercises involve all groups of muscles step-by-step. The main load is on the legs and back.

Body Ballet
Relatively new direction of fitness. This is a power lesson with modern music in the middle of the hall without using a barre. Many movements are taken from classical ballet, but simplified and adapted for ordinary girls and women who strive for harmony and grace.

Stretching
.While stretching we heal the whole body, pull on the splits, pay attention to the popliteal, inguinal ligaments and back flexibility. Individual work of the trainer with each client. You can attend classes for people of any level, regardless of whether you sit on the splits or not, the trainer adapts the exercise for each client
